Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Inception Group LLC collects when you use this site or request a consultation, why we hold it, and what you can require us to do with it.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you type into the contact form: your email address. We do not ask for your name or your phone number.
- Styling questionnaire answers: the occasion, the event date, your message, and any description or photograph of clothing you choose to send us.
- Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no local or session storage, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other sites.
2. Why we are allowed to hold it
We process this information to answer the request you sent us — that is, to take steps at your request before and during the delivery of a service. Where you tick the consent box on the contact form, that consent is the basis for contacting you about your enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time.
3. How long we keep it
Consultation records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and follow up after your event, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to retain something.
4. We do not sell your personal data
We have never sold or shared personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not do so now. Your wardrobe details are not a product.
5. Your rights if you live in California
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and how we obtained it.
- Delete that information.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right stands and you may exercise it.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
6. How to exercise them
Write to support@inceptiondigitalgroup.com or call (320) 258-2697. Say which right you are exercising. We will verify that the request comes from you — usually by replying to the email address already on the record — and respond within 45 days. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
7. Children
This service is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Where your information goes
Inception Group LLC operates from the United States at 3951 Progress Way, Saint Cloud, MN 56303, United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States. We apply the protections described in this policy wherever the data is held.
9. Changes and contact
