Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and the styling services offered through it by Inception Group LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or requesting a consultation, you accept them.
1. What the service is
We provide occasion-based personal styling: you describe an event, a budget and the clothing you already own, and a stylist returns outfit recommendations assembled primarily from your existing wardrobe. Where something is genuinely missing, we identify it. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation.
2. Styling advice is opinion
Every recommendation we give is a subjective aesthetic opinion. It is not professional, medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or legal advice, and it must not be treated as any of those. You are free to disregard any recommendation.
3. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee any result. We do not promise that a recommendation will suit your taste, be appropriate for your event, be available for purchase, arrive in time, or produce any particular reaction from anyone. You decide what to wear.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the occasion, the date, your budget and what you own. Our output is only as good as that input.
- Use the service only if you are 18 or older.
- Do not send us content you have no right to share, including photographs of other people taken without their knowledge.
- Check any dress code, venue rule or employer policy that applies to you. That responsibility stays with you.
5. Ownership of site content
The text, layout, typography, code and design of this site belong to us. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it or present it as your own. Photographs and descriptions of your own wardrobe that you send us remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to prepare and deliver your recommendations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any styling recommendation, including money spent on clothing, missed events or dissatisfaction with an outfit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
Inception Group LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States, with operations at 3951 Progress Way, Saint Cloud, MN 56303, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and of the United States, without prejudice to any consumer protection right you hold under the law of your own place of residence.
8. How these terms change
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
